The service

CreatorTrax (creatortrax.com) is a content planning and performance tracking tool for video creators. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use CreatorTrax.

Your content

Everything you enter into CreatorTrax (ideas, scripts, schedules, performance data) remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store and display it back to you and to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you plan, upload, or publish through the service.

Connected platforms

If you connect a social platform account (such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook), your use of that platform remains governed by its own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service where applicable. You can disconnect a platform at any time. We are not responsible for actions a platform takes on your account or content.

Acceptable use

Do not use CreatorTrax to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt to access other users' data, or overload or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue the service we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorTrax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms
